Using airbrush stencils for tattoos is a great way for bringing your artistic talents to life. By using the stencils, you can accurately duplicate the art time and time again. They allow you to create the same quality pictures each and every time. They’re valuable for use on clothes as well as in the tattoo forum. You can even make your own stencils. Templates can be bought along with the airbrush paints and stencils that will have you looking like a pro in no time.

The airbrush you’ll use with your stencils can either be a single action airbrush, or a double action airbrush. The single action works using air that moves at a high velocity with low pressure. By having a liquid beneath the air stream, like your paint, it gets drawn into the flow of the air stream. Then it simple breaks up in small particles and blown out the end of your airbrush. The single action airbrush is recommended if you’re a beginner, and you should be sure to use a good compressor.
