i dont any in the Bronx know, but theres a view of Manhattan? give or take a trip to HR, but I live in [super] North Bronx. heres the site and the location of the store: http://www.dickblick.com/stores/newyork/newyork/ as I remember its on Bleeker st on the # 4 or # 6 train then you need some distance.
